Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite healthy breakfasts,Banana and peanut butter muffin, full of healthy fats and protein, not to mention gluten and dairy free.
I always make the muffins on Sunday so during the week I can just grab one or two (or more) and leave the house. They also taste really nice with coffee and tea.
200 grams oats
2 meduim banana
150 grams peaunt butter
3 tblspn almond butter
1 tspn Vanilla essence
2 tspn Baking powder
optional (Maple suryp)
1.Mix all the the dry ingredients together.
2.In a separate bowl mix bananas, peanut butter , eggs and almond milk together.
3. Slowly add your dry ingredients to the mix and cook for 25 mins.
