In todays”s post I want to share with you my favourite breaksfast which is packed with protein , healthy fats and fiber. I am a regular gym user and in general very active so I always reach for a meal that contains all I need for a healthy diet which would benefit my body.

I absolutely love eggs , they are packed with protein and incredibly nutritious.

They contain:

Vitamin A: 6% of the RDA.
Folate: 5% of the RDA.
Vitamin B5: 7% of the RDA.
Vitamin B12: 9% of the RDA.
Vitamin B2: 15% of the RDA.
Phosphorus: 9% of the RDA.
Selenium: 22% of the RDA.

I always  have my eggs with some delicious avocados which contain healthy fats and more potassium than banana !!!!

Avocado also contains :

Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA.

Folate: 20% of the RDA.

Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA.

Potassium: 14% of the RDA.

Vitamin B5: 14% of the RDA.

Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA.

Vitamin E: 10% of the RDA.

Then it contains small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin)

Figs on yogurt

now lets talk about the delicious figs with on yogurt .

Naturally high in dietary fibre, figs can be a useful food to include in the diet for those watching their weight. High fibre foods provide feelings of fullness and can reduce hunger and cravings. Figs also contain  prebiotics, which help support the pre-existing good bacteria in the gut, improving digestive wellness.

Figs are a good fruit source of calcium, a mineral that is involved in bone density. Their high potassium content may counteract the urinary excretion of calcium caused by high salt diets. This in turn helps to keep calcium in bones and lessens the risk of osteoporosis.

last but not least Green Tea

The leaves are supposedly richer in antioxidants than other types of tea because of the way they are processed.

Green tea contains B vitamins, folate (naturally occurring folic acid), manganese, potassium, magnesium, caffeine and other antioxidants, notably catechins.

I hope you enjoy this post and lets get healthy.

Sana
